Senior Specialist, Rewards

Responsible as an individual contributor supporting within the area of Rewards within the P&C function. Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to the designated area of expertise, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Serve as an advisor and program manager to the region, with main interface being Regional CoEs, Global Operations, Global BPs, while ensuring the employee group understands the Rewards agenda in Amadeus. Main interaction is with business stakeholders Senior Manager and Above.

The position is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and management of reward programs including but not limited to Compensation (job analysis, wages, salaries, and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's pay practices), Benefits (global/regional programs), and Mobility (Manage international moves)
