- Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule.
- Support integration activities during the implementation project.
- Provide formal integration status, KPIs, and customer feedback reporting to management.
- Perform final sign-off/certification prior to implementation in production.

- Define a vision for the team aligned with the department's strategy and operational challenges, and translate this vision into a concrete action plan.
- Operate with a high level of autonomy, receiving some guidance from the Senior Manager.
- Provide expertise across multiple areas, anticipating solutions to complex problems.
- Improve efficiency based on knowledge and experience with policies, procedures, and the business plan.
- Independently support the sales organization with integration matters in the most complex cases (e.g., performing demos, analyzing customer business flows, and proposing integration solutions to meet customer requests).
- Provide support and problem resolution within the overall integration project.
- Ensure submission of Statements of Requirements (SOR) or Change Proposals (CPR) to Product Management.
- Coach Integration Consulting Specialists in these activities.
- Proven experience in product or solution integration.
- Experience in managing and leading teams, with a strong track record of setting performance objectives, conducting performance reviews, and recommending pay actions..
- Experience in providing consultancy and integration services to improve business performance..
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make logical decisions.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate solutions to complex issues.
- Familiarity with Amadeus products or similar solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex analysis results to clients.

- Analyze the product and implementation checklists.
- Understand the process of product implementation and activation.
