- Team Management – Overseeing and leading the IT team within the warehouse.
- Training and Development – Providing training on IT systems and enhancing team capabilities.
- IT System Management – Managing network infrastructure, IT equipment, and warehouse software such as WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Issue Resolution & User Support – Troubleshooting technical problems and assisting users.
- System Maintenance & Improvement – Ensuring IT systems are up-to-date and optimized.
- Data and System Security Management – Protecting information and IT infrastructure from security threats.
- Budget & Resource Management – Allocating and managing IT budgets efficiently.
- Reporting & Coordination with Management – Communicating key insights and updates to senior management.
