HR Strategy Specialist

1.Strategic HR Analysis and Planning:
Analyze HR trends and business needs to support the development of HR strategies.
2.Talent Management Support:
Assist in designing and executing talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.
3.Employee Engagement and Culture Development:
Support programs to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
4. Organizational Development and Change Management:
Assist in implementing change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts.
5.HR Policy and Process Improvement:
Evaluate and recommend improvements for HR policies and processes to increase efficiency and compliance, which includes analyzing the costs and benefits of various changes to achieve better cost efficiency.
6.HR Strategy Execution and Monitoring:
Support the execution of HR strategies by tracking progress and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2.Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, HRBP, with at least 5 years in HR strategy
3.Excellent of Analytical skills, project management
4.Advance in Excel
