E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. We are looking for a SEA Governance Operational Support role to execute day-to-day processes and tasks for SEA region.

What you'll do:

1. Responsible for assessing accuracy from risk discovery mechanisms

2. Assist in the prompt enforcement of identified risks to ensure compliance to applicable policies

3. Support in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to drive policy enforcement optimization

4. Conduct RCA and identify opportunities in the implementation process and provide feedback to optimize strategies/SOPs

Qualifications

1. At least Diploma or above.

2. Work experience in Global E-Commerce governance operations or moderation operations will be a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.

3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Thai for internal collaboration and external collaboration with Thai stakeholders for governance operational works.

4. Ability to multi-task and prioritise to promptly complete tasks within deadlines.

5. Basic knowledge of E-commerce compliance requirements in local market, with a certain level of risk awareness.

6. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

7. Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
