Partnership Account Executive

The Partnership Account Executive (PAE) will work closely with Patients and Accounts Alliance Lead (PAL) and the Oncology Cross-Functional team to drive growth by focusing primarily (80%) on identifying and expanding opportunities within new oncology accounts, increasing patient access of both OCPA & OOP, and unlocking business potential. The remaining 20% of the role will focus on supporting projects related to nurse navigators, brand awareness, Immuno-Oncology perception, and other initiatives.
- Perform detailed analysis of new potential accounts to understand healthcare environments, hospital policies, target patients, and potential healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Identify opportunities within these accounts by uncovering customer needs and pain points in the patient journey for treatment solutions
- Build and expand networks and referral processes among specialists in these accounts to generate new cases and drive sustainable sales growth
- Support for Initiation of Value Propositions and Innovative Solutions (20%):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute nurse navigator projects, value proposition programs and patient support programs that address the specific needs of Med Onco Centers and patients, ensuring alignment with broader Oncology Strategies
- Initiate digital solutions i.e. content on a web-based platform, that includes knowledge about various types of cancer for patients and patient navigators
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in health science related, MBA is preferable
Experience: at least 3-5 years in Sales or Marketing position in pharma industry
Languages: Native Thai and Good communication in English
- Strong patients, HCPs, market, and healthcare system understanding
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills, customer focus, results oriented, planning & organizing
- Cross-functional collaboration and experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both internal and external
- Positive and Entrepreneurship mindset with winning attitude
