THE OPPORTUNITY
The Commercial Operations Lead will be accountable for steering a diverse team consisting of the following critical responsibilities and reporting to the Managing Director

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Commercial Leads including Sales & Marketing Leads to drive organizational capability improvement and business growth
- Lead the Sales Force Effectiveness, Market Research, L&D, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics teams to develop actionable analytics and processes to drive business
- Lead and develop KPI metrics to determine key strategies to improve business performance
- Drive data-driven decision processes throughout the commercial organization to drive the rhythm of business
- Lead the data-driven cultures while leveraging and improving data analytics, digital marketing and data infrastructure
- Lead the implementation and optimization of commercial tools to drive operational efficiencies and effectiveness
- Build high integrity, scalable go-to-market processes that optimize achievement of commercial goals and objectives
- Demonstrate leadership, planning, prioritizing, and implementing commercial strategies in line with company objectives
- Strengthen effectiveness of the sales organization by focusing on delivering value to customers and improving field force deployment across different channels and territories
- Lead organization structuring and innovation while leveraging business insights, data analytics and change management
- Lead to identify business development opportunities and key initiatives for further investment and growth
- Lead and develop incentive plans for the sales team, measure performance to drive the business growth
- Lead business analytics foundation and use cases to enable strategic planning and decisions, enabling right selection & targeting of customers, actionable territory sales force alignment
- Lead the process of sales evaluation and identification of potential market research initiatives
- Liaise with Business Units, global & regional COD organizations, regional sales effectiveness organizations and other affiliates to enhance organizational commercial capabilities
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical skills as well as business capabilities. The requirements are as follows:
- Minimum More than 10 years relevant experience in multi-national company in marketing & sales, commercial execution initiatives implementation experience in Pharmaceutical areas, including at least 2 years of SFE experience
- Strong commercial experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry with entrepreneurial mindset and able to work well in a rapidly changing environment
- Proven project management skills, including ability to inspire and motivate across teams to achieve organization and team objectives
- Strong communications skills including communicating to senior leadership
- Ability to establish productive relationships at all levels of the organization including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, IT and external affairs
- Strategic thinker to see big picture opportunities and translate them into actionable plans that will scale up
- Highly motivated change agent that can motivate others to new ideas and new ways of working
- Experience in the Marketing with ability to develop a strategic plan and execute through cross-functional teams
- Track record of applying strong analytical skills – including commercial, financial acumen and budget management – to enhance decision-making
- Willingness to proactively identify issues and opportunities in the business and make the appropriate recommendations, and/or take the appropriate action to get things done
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, innovative and performance driven environment
- Fluent spoken and written English
