Responsibilities

• Recruit and build connections to meet partner recruitment targets at predetermined branches.
• Maintain good relations with partners and clients to meet the predetermined branch partner transaction targets.
• Achieve the GWP (Gross Written Premium) target that has been determined by management.

Qualifications

• Have educational experience at least high school/ Diploma
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years work experience in General Insurance, Broker, Leasing, Salesman Dealer or automotive
• Good knowledge in motor insurance
• Have a good relationship/ networking with insurance companies.
• Have good English communication and problem solving
• Have a maximum age of 40 years
• Have minimum experience as Officer or Junior Officer Level
