Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all recruitment process, pool, interview, and test for hiring the right candidates to fill vacant positions both internal and external candidate.
• Understand the business operations and support operational 
• Supporting internship program
• Work closely with line manager and acting as line HR Business partner and consultant
• Manage and co-ordinate with all employee relations and support to clubs
• Provide monthly report to HR or line manager.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field.
• 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR operations
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
• Actively and Flexible
• Strong communication skill
• Able to communicate in English, both writing and speaking
