• Develop and implement salary structures, bonus schemes, commission, and employee benefits in alignment with market trends and company policies.

• Bachelor s degree or higher in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3-5 years in a manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefits.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., B-Plus, Workday, or similar software).
• Proficient in compensation analysis, workforce control, and salary structuring.
• Ability to plan and manage promotions, and employee transfers.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and payroll processing expertise.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.

• ประสานงานกับสาขา (Clubs) ในการจัดทำและตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อผ่านระบบออนไลน์เป็นรายเดือน.
• ประสานงานกับทีมต่างๆ สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อผ่านระบบออนไลน์ตามคำสั่งซื้อที่ได้รับ.
• จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าไปยังสาขา ทีมขาย และทีมต่างๆ ตามคำขอ.
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปสต็อกสินค้าและส่งให้ฝ่ายบัญชีเป็นประจำทุกเดือน ฃตรวจสอบและนับยอดคงเหลือของสต็อกสินค้า รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ความคลาดเคลื่อนของสต็อก.
• ดูแลการจัดเก็บสินค้าให้อยู่ในสภาพเรียบร้อยและพร้อมใช้งาน.
• ควบคุมและจัดเก็บเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อ การจัดส่ง และการเคลื่อนไหวของสต็อกอย่างเป็นระบบ.

• มีทักษะการประสานงาน การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี.
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี.
