About this Opportunity:
The Head of Operations Assurance is responsible for NOC, Back Office, and Security across Mobile, Broadband, and B2B networks (core, transport, and access). This role leads 300+ resources and plays a key role in integrating AI/ML and automation into operations. Extensive experience in Managed Services, Operations, and People Leadership is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational and financial performance per WLA, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and contract performance (local/global).
- Monitor, report, and improve operational and financial performance of service units.
- Manage Operational-Level Agreements (OLA) in line with MSTOP and Ericsson standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal, customer, and Ericsson policies (Health, Safety, Environment).
- Lead continuous improvement and innovation to enhance financial and operational results.
- Identify trends and issues, driving incremental sales opportunities.
