About this opportunity:
We are currently seeking a sharp and dynamic Domain Sales Support Manager. As the backbone of our KAM organization, you will have the unique responsibility of making Ericsson the preferred partner within our domain by invigorating business development and specific sales activities.
What you will do:
- Identify leads and opportunities at a strategic level.
- Influence the customers vision and strategy by showing them the value Ericsson can provide.
- Establish Ericsson as a thought leader within the customer and domain.
- Support various Customer units or KAM ( Sales) organizations by driving opportunities into deals.
- Act as ACR or CSR in specific engagement to further business goals.
- Cultivate deep client business and technical relationships with C-suite, decision makers and influencers.
- Build close working relations with key partners
The skills you bring in
- University degree in Business or Engineering, Master’s degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience of relevant experience.
- Portfolio expertise in area of responsibility - Operations Support Systems (OSS), Slicing, Orchestration, Cloud, Inventory, Customer Experience Management in 5G and 4G.
- Knowledge of Sales Process and Service Delivery Process.
- Organizational Change and Transformation skills.
- Experience in Virtual Customer Engagement.
- Insight Selling, Contract Negotiation and Commercial Management.
- Competitor Analysis
