About this opportunity:

Ericsson is seeking a dynamic and driven individual for the role of Business Performance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracted Managed Services (MS) cost control & scope, streamlining the fulfilment of obligations by all parties and boosting customer satisfaction. This role presents an opportunity to contribute to Ericsson's procurement strategy, focusing on obtaining the best value from our ASP services relative to the scope of work, performance, cost, and quality of work.

What you will do:

  • Monitor the financial performance of delivered services, ensuring cost levels are maintained while securing contract fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the various program streams to produce accurate financial cost forecast, taking into account any SLA penalties, risk, 3rd party & Ericsson internal costs etc.
  • Work with the MSCOO to provide monthly accurate forecast updates into Ericsson KAM and Finance functions
  • Coordinate & facilitate monthly and quarterly internal governance forums at local MS, Thailand CU and MOAI levels
  • Define and manage the Contracted MS scope and WLA Management Framework.
  • Establish effective procedures for controlling contracted scope and ensuring requirements fulfilment.
  • Regularly review service contracts and internal Working Level Agreement, confirming all commitments are met.
  • Proactively manage contract execution and handle deviations with respect to scope and volume.
  • Identify potential add-on sales opportunities from the execution of the MS contract.
