Assistant Manager - Customer Segment and membership

JOB FUNCTIONS


1. Create, manage, and maintain branding and communication strategies for membership programs.


2. Overseeing direct communications with customers through our membership tools and offline channels.


3. Forecast, manage and analyze program performance metrics and to report on activities e.g. the growth of membership and campaign tracking


4. Develop and implement marketing communication strategy and activities to drive member acquisition.


5. Evaluates program performance and investigates opportunities in order to recommend promotions and strategies campaign to acquire and maintain members


6. Reviews and approves all marketing materials developed to promote the program


7. Integrated marketing mix strategies (IMC/ Digital/ Retail) and create the right angle to build combined, engaging consumer brand experiences


8. Ensure consistency of plan in all touch points online, offline, in-store and throughout


9. Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


1. Bachelor’s or higher in Marketing, Economics,Business Administration or related fields


2. At least 3-5 years experience in Loyalty program, membership scheme and platform


3. Strong knowledge and robust background in retail business is preferred


4. Skill to generate and apply insights to develop a consumer proposition


5. Ability to identify meaningful patterns in data, and understand what its mean for consumers and brands, experience working with syndicated sales data and syndicated consumer research


6. Good analytical and strategic thinking


7. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Thai and have good presentation skill
