Get to Know our Team:

The Agoda Supply Team is a group of creative entrepreneurs that develop solutions for Agoda's accommodation partners and promote Agoda's top and bottom-line growth. We design tailored business and product solutions with our partners and help them generate measurable value. Members of our team are empowered and supported to grow their market(s) or accounts. We develop win-win relationships and leverage Agoda's unique accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they seek. Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we roll out new products to increase the visibility of Agoda, introduce more travelers to our great products and service, and deliver significant revenue to the overall business.

The Tech Partnerships team owns the Tech Solutions ecosystem and providers that connect Agoda with our hotel partners. The team is responsible for driving supply performance and ensuring best in class connectivity, analyzing, planning, and executing growth initiatives through technical partnerships and strategy.

The Tech Partnership Lead role will own, analyze, plan, and execute growth initiatives through product solutions and partnerships- an affinity for adding commercial value to our partners through driving strategy and growth initiatives will be integral to this role.

Located in our Bangkok office, this position requires close coordination with commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders in the region to drive the assigned portfolio's performance.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you'll get to own:

  • Business Development: Design strategy and partnership initiatives to drive supply coverage and quality via commercial and product innovation
  • Scoping: Build business cases for product development based on identified supply partnership opportunities
  • Project Delivery: Execute supply connectivity strategy, leveraging internal and external resources
  • Experimentation: Test any technical or strategic changes through data-driven experimentation


What you'll need to succeed:

  • Ideally, a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a combination of the following roles: commercial strategy, project management/PMO, consulting, sales and account management
  • An analytical mindset with a proven track record in using data to prepare decision making, and to drive strategy and make decisions
  • The ability to work and prioritize under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders within the company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, up to C-level
  • Business-level English to communicate internally


It's great if you have:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Understanding of APIs and xml connections
