Android Tech Lead
atSeven Peaks Software Co., Ltd.Responsibilities:
- Architect and build scalable and highly performing Android applications.
- Be responsible for the performance and quality of our Android applications.
- Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship products and new features
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Keep up to date on any technology connected to the Android applications
- Mentor other developers, facilitate and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Know the team members strengths and weaknesses and help grow their knowledge
- Take an active role in forming the Android development process and tool chain
- Help with technical pre-sales
Qualifications:
- A degree in computer/technology related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Excellent ability to understand software requirements and specifications
- Strong understanding of best practices for application performance optimization and security
- Be able to identify opportunities for innovation to improve quality
- Strong experience of enterprise software architecture
- Strong experience with Android and Kotlin
- Near fluent English, both oral and written
- Proven experience in leadership roles like for example Scrum Master, Team Lead, Software Architect etc.
