- Responsible for the development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline, and framework.

- Provide input for staff allocation to projects and engagements according to their skill level.

- Focus on continuous QA improvements including the use of appropriate testing tools, test techniques and test automation.
- Monitor all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
- Build and maintain quality standards and enforce technical and testing standards.
- Establish and maintain quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our QA processes.
- Develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goals.
