HR - Trainer Supervisor
atBig C Supercenter Co., Ltd.ลักษณะงานที่รับผิดชอบ
1. เป็นวิทยากรภายใน ในการอบรมหลักสูตรด้านทักษะต่างๆ และประสานงานในการจัดอบรม กรณีหลักสูตรสำหรับวิทยากรภายนอก
2. ออกแบบและพัฒนาหลักสูตร และ/หรือ เจรจาต่อรองในการจัดจ้าง (กรณีวิทยากรภายนอก) เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการพัฒนาและความพึงพอใจในการเรียนรู้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์
3. ประสานงานในการวางแผนการอบรมและพัฒนาของพนักงานจากการประเมินความต้องการในการเรียนรู้ทั้งในหน่วยงานที่ดูแล
4. ดำเนินการโครงการเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
5. ควบคุมงบประมาณในการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและประโยชน์สูงสุด
6. อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาใดก็ได้
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเป็นวิทยากร ในการอบรมหลักสูตรด้านทักษะ soft skills หรือ managerial skills มาอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
3. มีประการณ์ด้านการวางแผนและบริหารจัดการงบประมาณการฝึกอบรม
4. มีประการณ์ดออกด้านหลักสูตรหรือโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้
5. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารที่ดี และชำนาญในการนำเสนอ
6. ชำนาญการใช้ MS excel และ MS powerpoint และCanva
