Head of Business (Coffee)

As a Head of Business (Coffee), you will play a vital role in our organization's success by overseeing and optimizing our coffee operations network. Your responsibilities will include driving sales and profit, managing store operating costs, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our store operations to align with company targets.


Your primary duty is to consistently achieve the mission and financial objectives of our Coffee Business. In this position, you will develop an in-depth understanding of financial operations, core products, business plans, operational strategies, and the overall vision and mission of our coffee business. Your leadership and management skills will be crucial in aligning our business with its strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop and execute strategic plans for both short-term and long-term growth and profitability. This includes overseeing store operations, setting policies, defining our strategic direction, managing store development, conducting site research, and refining the store concept and model. Collaboration with the merchandise team to develop assortment strategies is also a key aspect of this responsibility.


2. Identify issues within the Coffee Business and develop action plans to address them. You will be responsible for implementing changes and improvements to ensure that our coffee business adheres to established standards.


3. Effectively manage and monitor store sales performance, with a focus on enhancing sales, gross profit (GP), ticket count, and basket size across all stores.


4. Exercise prudent control over store expenses, inventory, and loss to meet company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will play a critical role in maintaining cost efficiency.


5. Conduct regular visits to our stores to monitor operational standards, assess customer service quality, and provide support to all stores. Your insights will be instrumental in updating our market strategies.
