Talent Acquisition Specialist
atFWD Life Insurance PCLJob Purpose:
Manage the delivery of the end-to-end talent acquisition process for Thailand, covering both operational and strategic talent acquisition support for all employed worker (internal and external) local and cross border hires and transfers, ensuring all talent acquisition activity is aligned to and effectively communicates the employer.
Key responsibilities:
Sourcing and Selection
- Manage the delivery of the end-to-end talent acquisition process, covering both operational and strategic talent acquisition support for all employed worker (FTE) local and cross border hires, ensuring all talent acquisition activity is aligned to and effectively communicates the employer brand.
- Proactive sourcing strategies and pool resource enhancing as well as creating new talent acquisition ideas, conducting effective recruitment and job placement activities.
- Identify candidate profile of weakness and strength to match FWD culture, core values and competencies and finally expect this to be a key part of consideration with hiring manager.
- Develop and lead initiatives to drive more diverse talent acquisition pools.
- Develop and execute the University relationship, whilst reflecting strong employer branding to targeted candidates
- Develop competitive total reward packages, negotiating offers and assisting in the negotiation of release dates.
- Prepare all related documents, criminal check and rational for hiring.
- Monitor candidate conversion rates, developing and implementing action plans to address any controllable root causes to improve acceptance rates.
Qualifications:
- Academic Background At least bachelor’s degree or master's in related field.
- Functional Competency Understand the people policies & procedures and business acumen.
- Negotiation, problem-solving, research/sourcing skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English literacy and computer skills.
- Sufficient knowledge of the effective and innovative search tools and techniques.
- Experience Minimum three years’ experience in talent sourcing/recruiting working experience in corporate recruiting.
- Experienced in Insurance industry is preferred.
