Lead of Facility Management

Decoration and Renovation (HO and Branch)
- Making highly proactive communication with ExCom/OpsCom in order to make a decision on reduce or expand office space for rent
- Coordinate with the landlord to get renting rate and available space in the building, once decision made, Offer Letter will be proposed to Excom for consideration
- Coordinate with contractor, vendor, carrier and also monitor that all requirements are achieved. Assign team members on their area of responsible and follow-up
- Monitor, control budget and propose for approval
Document Supportive
- Monitor to ensure that all supportive is in place and run smoothly
- Review proposed documents and sign approval as per Authority Level
Transportation
- Monitor to ensure that all supportive is in place and run smoothly
- Keep assigned vehicles in excellent condition.
Budget set up and control
- Maintenance and renovation under COO / decision
- Transportation
- Other related activities to Employee Services
Employee Engagement / People Management
- Keep a good momentum in team by monitoring and taking action to solve the problem for team members
- Regularly communicate to team members to understand development plan of each one
Facility Management
- Building and grounds maintenance
- Cleaning & Security guard
- Space management, Utilities, Communications and infrastructure for workplace
- Guest Relations
