Senior Sales & Space Management (Contract 1 year)

The Sale & Space Management is responsible for monetizing the company’s space utilization while driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Space Planning & Optimization:
- Develop and implement space allocation strategies to maximize usage efficiency.
- Analyze occupancy trends and forecast future space needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of space management with business objectives.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Identify opportunities to monetize available space through strategic sales initiatives.
- Develop pricing models and sales strategies to optimize revenue generation.
- Manage negotiations and agreements with external partners and clients.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion through effective outreach strategies.
- Implement sales performance tracking and reporting to measure success and optimize strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Facilities, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure effective space utilization.
- Partner with Business Development and Marketing to promote space offerings and attract potential clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in space management, sales, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of revenue growth.
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development.
- Proficiency in data analysis and space planning software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
