Key Responsibilities:

•  To be the representative from Business Unit to lead the business project and work with team both front and back office to to formulate project objectives, project scopes, gathering business requirements, set up project plan with milestone deliverables and timelines
• Understand Auto business both 4W and 2W and be able to design best in class work flow to service customers of 2 companies and work flow is compiled to all internal guidelines, policies and external regulations
• Evaluate and solve the complex project and business problems and issues and come up with proposed solutions
• Escalate project problems & issues to higher management with risk mitigation and ensure project deliverable on time
• Report project updates to regional managements to acquire approvals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Banking, Marketing, Business, Finance or related fields
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Financial tracking and budgeting expertise
• Outstanding team player and work well under pressure
• A wide degree of creativity with analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skill
• Can do attitude and Fluent in English
