• Create dashboards and regular reports to provide insights into sales trends, KPIs, and targets.
• Identify key performance drivers and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to the sales team.
• Manage and maintain sales data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems.
• Work closely with sales management to develop and refine sales strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Participate in the planning and forecasting processes, contributing to the creation of realistic and achievable sales targets.

• Bachelor s degree or above in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail banking or relate.
