Chubb Life: Assistant Manager - Training
atChubb life Assurance Co., Ltd.- At least a bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance or relevant field.
- Have a training experience in Life Insurance Company or Non-Life or Bank at least 3 years.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Deep knowledge of your field.
- Good organizer, solve immediate problems, and time management skills needed.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Power Point); e-learning software is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with all levels and amongst team leaders
- Flexible availability and Traveling required throughout all locations.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Displays passion developing people
- Certification of course from OIC is a plus
- To be lecturer in the training course for all partner as below ;
- Product Knowledge as follow;
- Credit Life and Auto loan protection
- Ordinary Life
- Product Knowledge as follow;
- Selling course such as sales process, sales technique, sales motivation and telesales.
- Pre-New Brokerage License
- Renewal Brokerage License – 4
- Special or other course as requirement
- Liaise with partner to determine schedule training sessions.
- Prepare training material such as manual, training tools.
- Design and development effective training programs.
- Conduct evaluation training class of improvement.
- Keep participants and other records.
- Manage training material stock.
- Improve training skill and competency of your-self.
