Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Digital Marketing – Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote healthcare services, increase brand awareness, and drive patient engagement.
2. Content & Creative Management – Oversee the creation of engaging content and artwork for social media, ads, and digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
3. Performance Optimization – Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Ads) to maximize ROI and enhance customer acquisition.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration – Manage and mentor team members, ensuring effective teamwork and execution of marketing initiatives.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination – Work with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to execute digital marketing projects efficiently.
6. Marketing Automation & CRM – Implement email marketing, customer journey mapping, and automation strategies to improve patient retention and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, and Performance Marketing tools.
• Strong skills in graphic design tools for content creation.
• Experience in people management and project coordination.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze marketing performance.
