You Will

• Define and create the countries' retail design & visual merchandising strategy in order to implement the brand image and identity in stores, to reinforce brand visibility, in line with international guidelines
• Adapt brand spatial concept to local distribution constraints
• Implement the merchandising solutions for make-up testers units, free access and POS materials, answering local marketing plan needs
• Co-undertake the conception, development and follow-up of flagship stores with international brand and Regional
• Coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of any kind of local specific materials
• Ensure compliance with technical and legal aspects regarding production norms
• Ensure development of expertise and know-how for a team and support organisation changes
• Manage & follow of the budget
• Comply with L'Oréal internal purchasing process

You Have

• Bachelor or Master in Architect, Interior Design, or relevant field
• At least 10-year experience in retails or related visual merchandising field
• High ownership of role / project
• Team player and team management with positive attitude to contribute to brand growth
• Professional English communication (have to co-ordinate with International Agency on day-to-day basis)
