- Generate sales to achieve target by 100% according to the regulation and adaptation to new sale channel.
- Follow Brand standard service and selling steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Master on daily operations at point of sales (POS), POS system, Activity. In cooperate with OMNI Channel as Pick from Store etc.
- Follow brand CRM procedures to recruit and loyalize customers via different touchpoints.
- Ensure on Store Readiness as store quality, Stock level, merchandising and cleanliness of the store.
- Active on social: BA Formal account for Product & Brand content.
- Responsible to acknowledge/record all customer complain and issues.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Beauty Advisor OR Bachelor degree new graduate, Retail/ Call Centre/e-commerce experience.

- Develop Category Strategy & Vision by analyzing and translating from category performance, category trends and shopper insight.
- Lead in updating category performance and developing category trends & shopper insights to translate into category recommendations for both offline and online.
- Perform pricing & promotion analysis to get key findings and work closely with Revenue Growth Manager to develop promotion guideline/guardrails for assigned category.
- Lead on Category project with Key retailers.
- Work on the key fundamentals by category i.e. range & assortment recommendations, planogram.
- Embedded multi-functional ways of working with Marketing, Commercial, CMI, and Finance.
- You HaveBachelor or Higher Degree in any fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing/Category Management with a proven experience on retailers projects & strategies.
- Sense of commercial judgement, cross functional mindset.
- Strong analytical skills, Drive & results oriented.
- Strong external perspective: Retailer deep understanding, focus on sell out.
- Fluent in English communication, presentation and written skills.
