Responsibilities:

• Manage Retail & Non-Oil projects to align with the internal team’s resources.
• Design project execution processes to provide a structured workflow for PMs and BAs within the team.
• Oversee and manage the annual budget related to the Business Focal Point - Retail & Non-Oil.
• Plan and execute system development projects, including feasibility analysis of complex projects involving multiple systems.
• Plan project resource management (people, budget, timeline) to ensure project completion within the defined scope, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal departments (procurement) to recommend and identify suitable vendors for system development (negotiation).
• Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, analyze, and design systems that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with App Owners, SA, technical teams, and related internal departments to design appropriate solutions based on received requirements.
• Supervise and execute system analysis and design.
• Supervise and execute system development under assigned responsibilities.
• Provide guidance and solutions for challenges encountered during project execution.
• Oversee and manage system implementation.
• Research, analyze, and propose new IT initiatives.
• Listen and understand key concerns from all stakeholders.
• Facilitate and support stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Ensure timely execution of deliverables, act as a meeting organizer or participant in project-related discussions.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in Project Management & Software Development
• Experienced in managing employees under direct supervision
• Background in Retail, Food & Beverage, and business operations
• Experienced in Process Improvement and IT Operations
