Job Description
1. Daily QC Prime accounts (ticket symptom, non closed ticket, chronic problems)
2. Monthly network and service health check and communicate to prime customer and upsell
3. Ensure service quality and SLA management for Prime accounts
4. Reduce after sale cost by reduce inbound call, inbound email
5. SPOC for major activity/request with ready information center
6. Ready critical information center
7. A strong after sale presence for internal stakeholders
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering , Computer Engineering, IT Engineering
2. 5-10 years experience in IT/Engineering Technical support or Customer Service area
3. Has Strong knowledge of Mobile Network
4. Has Strong knowledge of IP networking and Security service
5. Has Knowledge of Microsoft Services, Cloud Technology
6. Good Presentation Skill
7. Good Negotiation Skill
8. Good Project management skill is an advantage
9 English communication is excellent
10. Positive attitude, reliable and working time flexibility
