Role and Responsibility

1. Consulting with sales team, providing renewal quotes, overcoming objections and adjusting proposal as required to ensure best solution meets client’s business requirement.
2. Prepare necessary information needed for renewal quotes.
3. Upsell other relevant AWN services during renewal engagement.
4. Hands-over renewal data to delivery team after successfully renewed contract with client.
5. Track and provide status updates on all open opportunities

Key Success Factor

• 90% contract renewal rate.

Qualification

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
2. 3+ years of experience in network, data center and cloud technology
3. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
4. Experience in networking, data center or cloud pre-sale is preferred.
5. Experience cultivating and developing relationships with clients
6. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
7. Ability to complete, accurate and timely submissions of all required document associated with client activity.
8. Ability to work well individually, as well as part of a team
9. Strong communication skills (verbal and written, both internal and external to the organization)
