A new concept Thai Tea Shop is looking for a Shop Manager. The Manager should be excited in doing food & beverage business, find sales opportunities and grow the shop sales revenue.
Position: Shop Manager
Location: Suan Luang Square, Bangkok
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Shop Manager in Food & Beverage or Retail stores
- Strong Leadership and Management skills to oversee the store operations
- Must be friendly and have customer service quality
- Motivated to achieve monthly shop Sales Target
Job Description:
- Team Leader for the crew members
- Grow the shop Daily and Monthly Sales revenue
- Able to speak Thai and English
- Able to speak 3 language such as Chinese is an advantage
- To understand and run smoothly the overall operation of a food & beverage shop
- To organize and run shop activities to attract customers
- To monitor and fulfil online sales (Line Man, Grab Food and others)
