• Minimum Qualifications1. 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce industry, and with strong understanding of e-commerce governance and compliance industry.2. At least 2 years of people management experience managing a size of 5 or more.3. Understanding of regulatory trends related to E-Commerce in Thailand market.4. Excellent English oral and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications1. Experience acting as a program manager and collaborate with XFN teams to drive end results.2. Demonstrated past success working in a matrix environment and ability to influence key stakeholders.3. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.4. Great research and investigation skills, able to discover the unknown.5.
