- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาแนวทางในการพัฒนา, แก้ไข และป้องกัน
- เพิ่มผลผลิตและลดต้นทุนการผลิต
- ควบคุมดูแลกระบวนการผลิต
- ศึกษาเทคโนโลยีใหม่เพื่อใช้ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้กับลายผลิต
- เพศ : ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุุ : N/A ปี
- การศึกษาระดับ : ปริญญาตรี
- การศึกษาสาขา : วิศวกรรมเคมี, วิศวกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี, มีทัศนคติในเชิงบวกต่อองค์กร
- สามารถอ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (หากมีคะแนน Toeic จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความเป็นผู้นำกล้าตัดสินใจในการทำงาน
- มีความคิดอย่างเป็นระบบเพื่อสามารถแก้ไขปัญหางานอย่างเป็นระบบและรอบคอบ
