TR Operations Lead
atPepsico Services Asia Co., Ltd. (Pepsi-Cola)This role will lead the activation and execution of Total Rewards Local Business Operations Service, responsible and accountable HR ops services within the the global/sector/local agreed SLAs and KPIs for Thailand, 2 BU HQs (Indochina Foods & Asia Bev GMD), and other Sector / Corporate employees based in Bangkok.
Responsibilities:TR Operations Lead will be responsible for maintaining and implementing Total Rewards plan to improve employee engagement independently, ensure regulatory compliance, Employee Related Cost (ERC) management for Thailand-Japan-Korea-Malaysia-Philippines-Singapore countries to align within Asia BU HR & Finance Planning Team for AOP & Strategic Planning, and control local payroll administration process with Finance (PSAL, PTT HQ & 2 plants). Leading TR operation team support to all related stakeholders as well as build up good relationship with local Labor, and other local authorities.
The role is accountable for TR operations service delivery, continuous process improvement and optimization of a broad scope of HR Services in Total Rewards as well as ensure regulatory compliance, ERC management, and control local payroll administration process with Finance Payroll Team.
- Working with LBS HR Tower Lead, GBS, HBS, HRBPs, HR COEs on standardized HR process for TR Service Integration aspects in term of technology tools, collaboration mechanisms, integration scope in order to deploy service integration processes
- Ensure smooth process for TR operations in Benefits (e.g. LSA, annual check-up, etc.), Allowances, Medical
- Ensure completion of administration activities for Benefits and Allowances
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation; Oversee timely and accurate processing of payroll & leading team to resolve all Payroll related issues
- Support salary planning process & annual bonus process
- Manage TH work permit for foreign employees in Thailand (Asia BU, APAC & Corp) & support relocation process
- Leading TH Healthy Livings activities (local & global)
- Implemented integration and transition of new HR services based on Thailand HR process transition plans and meeting all defined SLAs and KPIs as per the road-map
- Ensure TR operation process and services are integrated with a focus on continuous improvement, optimization, and productivity approach as aligned within Asia BU
- Working with all stakeholders for Mid-Year Review, Salary Planning and Annual Bonus process
- Responsible to develop and drive local business continuity plans as aligned by LBS HR Tower Lead
- Proactively apply new operation services / processes in compliance to best practice process and work closely with HR stakeholders in Thailand to drive initiatives in order to achieve HR business goals for future needs / opportunities
- Managed Employee Related Cost (ERC) for Thailand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore countries and aligned within Asia BU HR as well as Finance Planning Teams for AOP & Strategic Planning; Drive periodic cost with efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives, monitor, initiate additional activities if required
- Ensure compliance with Asia BU legal framework, local regulatory requirements, etc.
- Ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s policies & guideline
- Bachelor / Master degree in finance or Business Administration or related with working experience 5 years or more
- Excellent analytical/advanced Excel skills - ability to analyze and interpret data in order to communicate in an appropriate way to different levels of people both within and outside of the organization.
- Fluent in English (written & verbal skills)
- Strong problem solving with well service Management
- Experience in leading compensation initiatives, salary surveys and market pricing analysis.
- Experience in taxation, social security, benefits, and legal environment to provide subject matter expertise to the team
- Experience in payroll and control
- Experience in working with a variety of different systems to extract and manage information.
- An effective and confident communicator, collaborating well to deliver results.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure, who demonstrates resilience in the pursuit of goals.
