Assistant Manager, Buying (Allocator)
atAdidas (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Drive the strategy and development of seasonal growth plans incl. macro quantitative analysis via input form Retail Head and Buying Manager.
- Develop pre-season financial plan by store at category level via input from Retail Head and align the sales mix with Buying Managers.
- Develop the pre-seasonal merchandise plan reflecting Open to Buy (OTB) to drive together with Buying Manager, the definition of an optimal Intake Budget.
- To synchronize, steer and own forecast in the market for by channel (ORT), business unit and margin.
- To ensure given budget is invested to achieve targets by effective use of range planning in the market.
- To review and implement right buying analysis by categories for ORT.
- Work closely with demand planning team to submit the preorder on time.
- Work closely with omnichannel team to achieve the company strategy and campaign.
- Inventory control to meet the company target.
- Plan preorder allocation by stores for achieving net sale target and meet the company strategy.
- Provide coaching & feedback to direct reports and foster their performance development
- Provide effective product support to Store Operations team
- Tracking of own KPIs
