System and Network Engineer (Intune Engineer))

We are seeking a skilled System & Network Engineer with a strong background in Intune management, RBAC for Intune, Autopilot, and PowerShell development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our modern endpoint management solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operation within our hybrid IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intune Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and administration of Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
• Autopilot Implementation: Manage and optimize Windows Autopilot for pre-configuring and automatically enrolling devices in Intune, ensuring smooth hybrid Azure AD joined processes.
• RBAC Configuration: Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) in Intune to delegate appropriate permissions and enhance security.
• PowerShell Development: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, improve efficiencies, and support Intune and Autopilot processes.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of endpoint management solutions with existing IT infrastructure and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for endpoint management issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and scripts. Provide training and guidance to team members and end-users as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in endpoint management and security. Propose and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications : (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Platform Associate) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system and network engineering, with a focus on endpoint management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
  • Strong understanding of RBAC for Intune.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
  • Experience with hybrid Azure AD join scenarios.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Windows Server environments.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
