นิติบุคคล ประจำคอนโด Magnolias Waterfront Residences (สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี)
atSiam Piwat Co., Ltd.ลักษณะงาน :
- รับผิดชอบด้านงานธุรการของนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ เช่น รับชำระค่าน้ำ&ค่าส่วนกลาง, เช็คมิเตอร์น้ำ-ไฟฟ้า ฯลฯ
- เตรียมการประชุมและการบันทึกรายงานการประชุมของนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ
- รับเรื่องแจ้งซ่อมงานส่วนกลาง เพื่อประสานงานและจัดคิวให้ช่างอาคารเข้าดำเนินการซ่อมแซม
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียน หรือข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆ และสรุปรายงานส่งให้หัวหน้าทราบ
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยทรัพย์สินส่วนกลาง
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ :
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ, มนุษยศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านเอกสารอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป หากมีประสบการณ์ทางด้านงานนิติบุคคลจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS Office ได้
- สามารถสื่อภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ 24 ชั่วโมงได้
เวลาปฏิบัติงาน : ทำงาน 5 วัน / หยุด 2 วัน
- กะที่ 1 >> 07.00-16.00 น.
- กะที่ 2 >> 13.00-22.00 น.
- กะที่ 3 >> 22.00-07.00 น.
