Trade Marketing Strategic – Mini Big C

atBig C Supercenter Co., Ltd.

Develop promotion plan for Mini Big C format and ensure promotion achievement and effectiveness by media (focusing on short-term media, e.g., LINE, etc.) to achieve company target within the budget setting. Align and ensure the promotion execution with collaboration between cross-functions to support and deliver effective campaign and meet business’s objectives


2.Ensure achievement of sale, promotion plan, category key campaign and related activities to align with corporate trade plan.
- Media items selection to align with trade plan and key Category per company direction and concerning about strong deal, right product with right format, price mechanic and ensure to cycle sales LY

3.Alignment and cross functional with Buyer by review and well-prepared in sign-off meeting.
- Plan to allocate quota of every media
- Collection items from buyer by Dept. and sent to MKT.

4.Coordinating with between Buyer by Dept., MKT Team so as to output the media on schedule efficiently; protecting any obstacle during process going on; and also solving any problem/issues.
- Work with Buyer to have the right mechanic and price VS competitor
- Work with Buyer to provide additional plan for in-store promotion to meet sales budget
- Work with MKT to have complete media


5.Prepare Report for Mon Trade Plan Meeting (Line and Catalog)

Qualifications:

1. Experienced in creating and executing shopper marketing campaign
2. Strong analytical skills in business acumen and financial
3. Solid understanding of key retailer’s promotional activities and media communication especially Hypermarket, Supermarket channels
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
