Senior Manager- CRM Analysis and Strategic Planning

- Provide depth analysis on internal and external data for planning and assessment to improve CRM strategic plan in order to drive business goals and objectives including provide the recommendation for new opportunities.
- Analyze CRM Campaigns performance both pre and post campaign and provide recommendations or new initiatives to ensure the best result.
- Analyze Customer Behavior movement and insight by segmentation to evaluate on CRM campaign effectiveness for onboarding new members, retaining high value customers and reducing churn including ROI.
- Evaluate point program effectiveness in terms of financial and business KPI aspect.
- Work closely with MIS and the agency to ensure on data quality and accuracy and to fix any technical database issues related to CRM and loyalty system.
- Be the contact point to lead and develop all CRM analysis reports including competitive analysis and monitor competitor movement.
- Work with MIS on required data for analyze on new system initiatives
Qualifitcation Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence and CRM database management.
- Bachelor's degree in business analyses or related filed. Master degree will be an advantage.
- Excellent in analysis tool, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Office especially in Excel, Access and Power Point.
- Strong analytical, business communication and presentation skill.
- Retail business background is preferred.
- Be able to interact with senior management and collect requirements
- Ability to handle complexity and work effectively.
- Team player with ability to create relationships and work effectively across functions.
- Good English literacy and initiative idea.
