Responsibilities:


System Support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications, databases, and integrations.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and stability.


Maintenance and Upgrades

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, including patching, system backups, and recovery operations.
  • Implement system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with Oracle support and vendors to apply fixes, patches, and updates as needed.


Development and Customization

  • Customize Oracle applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
  • Create and manage database objects, such as tables, views, indexes, and triggers, to support system requirements.


User Support and Training

  • Assist end-users with technical issues and provide training on Oracle system features and functionalities.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with users to ensure successful implementation of system changes.

Qualification:


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle system support, development, or a related technical role.
  • Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, including support, maintenance, and customization.


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, including the ability to write and debug complex scripts and procedures.
  • Understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, modules, and integration points.
