2.Bring in new tenants and popular tenants lease area in Big C.
3.Handle key Tenants for propose new site and renewal contract.
4.Control rental collections and follow up overdue debt
5. Co-ordinate between tenants and Design &Construction departments in shop decoration and utility systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Experience in Leasing 5years
- Obtain knowledge and leasing management skill
- negotiation and coordination skill
- Capable of strategic planning in assigned areas of responsibility
- Proficient in negotiation skills
- Excellent in MS Excel
