ให้คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิค เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ IT ปฎิบัติงานและให้การสนับสนุน ด้านการทดสอบอุปกรณ์ IT ก่อนและหลังการติดตั้งของสาขา แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้ทีม IT Service Area และสาขา เพื่อให้อุปกรณ์ IT สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และสนับสนุนข้อมูลวิธีการด้านเทคนิค เพื่อช่วย Support การจัดซื้อจัดหาอุปกรณ์ IT ใหม่ๆ ใหม่ๆ และบริหารจัดการ Inventory คลังสินค้า IT Service Co.
Job Description :
- สนับสนุน, ให้คำแนะนำ และสามารถทดสอบอุปกรณ์, ผลิตภัณฑ์และซอฟท์แวร์ เพื่อคัดเลือกอุปกรณ์ IT สำหรับการใช้งานที่สาขา รวมถึงอธิบายรายละเอียด/สาธิตการใช้งานเบื้องต้นได้
- ให้คำแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์และซอฟท์แวร์ให้กับผู้รับบริการ, ทีม และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้ใช้งานได้ตามมาตรฐาน
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (QC) เครื่องที่ได้รับโรงงาน หรือผู้ขายผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือช่างบริการภายนอก ก่อนส่งไปซ่อมยังบริษัทผู้ผลิต
- ตรวจสอบ และดำเนินการ การตั้งค่าเครื่องให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและดูแล อุปกรณ์ Demo/Test อยู่ครบและสมบูรณ์
Qualifications :
- ปริญญาตรี หรือปวส. Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน IT Support, Helpdesk หรือ Application Support มาอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- หากมีประสบการณ์ หรือความรู้ทางด้าน Retail Operation hardware/software expertise, Setup & Installation hardware/software Windows Server, VB.Net, MSSQL Data Base, Stored Procedure จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
