Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship, from briefing, creating project requirements, quotations and handling all communications between clients and freelancers
- Understand client businesses and objectives, in order to improve their business performance through our service
- Communicate effectively to make recommendations on the scope and timeline of client projects, and manage their expectations on the results and schedule
- Work closely with top freelancers, pick and delegate projects according to client’s requirements and objectives
- Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Be proactive on solving problems and data driven planning
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Good command in English
- Minimum 1-year of experience in digital media agency
- Past hands-on experience in account management or marketing communications
- Organized with ability to multi-task and shift priorities
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on business impact
- Motivated and able to thrive and think under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent organization, analytical and influencing skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision maker
