Job Responsibility

1. Recruitment Process - Support talent acquisition strategy and process where necessary - Help initiate new ideas and projects to improve overall talent acquisition process - Support Talent Acquisition Manager on new recruitment system development - Conduct new recruitment system training classes both Thai and English versions - Solve recruitment system related issues for users - Work closely with all business units to organize Walk-in Interview and Open House events nation-wide for mass recruitment - Create monthly and yearly reports to track vacancy movements company-wide - End to end recruitment process as assigned2. Employer Branding - Responsible for overall Employer Branding strategy for both Online and Offline channels to attract talents effectively - Create communication campaign and contents for social media channels - Explore and conduct industry benchmarking to ensure top employer brand image - Organize campus activities and roadshow to connect with universities and potential young workforce

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience and a proven track record in talent acquisition and employer branding• Excellent communication skills – able to work with diverse groups of people• Being strongly client focus and customer service oriented, and able to collaborate seamlessly across company• Flexible mind-set and a team player• Excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint presentation• Fluent in English language
