- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูล เพ่อทำการประมวลผลเข้าระบบเงินเดือน
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการขออนุมัติต่างๆจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อเข้าสู่ระบบการจ่ายเงินเดือนให้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบข้อมูลรายรับรายจ่ายของพนักงานทุกประเภทที่ต้องจ่ายผ่านระบบเงินเดือน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับ HCBU และกลุ่มงาน Share Service เพื่อดำเนินการจ่ายให้ถูกต้อง
- ดำเนินการ จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และรวบรวมข้อมูลเงินเดือนเพื่อดำเนินการขออนุมัติ
- ดำเนินการ จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และรวบรวมข้อมูลเงินเดือน เพื่อเสนอต่อสำนักบัญชี และธนาคาร
- ดำเนินการจัดทำ และนำส่งรายงานต่างๆ เพื่อดำเนินการด้านภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา และประกันสังคมให้ถูกต้อและทันเวลา
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Qualification
- ปริญญาตรี/โท รัฐศาสตร์ เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหาร หรือด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือการพัฒนาองค์กร
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารงานเงินเดือน อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
