SEA Technical Project Manager Automotive OEM

- Manage a team of 3 with purposeful business growth; Lead and manage automotive technical project in collaboration with SEA/APAC team to achieve business target
- Drive priorities and ensure SEA team to achieve business targets (Organic Sales Growth, PC%, Project achievement
- Work with SEA Business Head to identify key localization potential, experimental until execution the plan; Collaborate with 3rd party manufacturer/warehouse to assure product quality prior to deliver to customers
- Analyze customers market potential and competitors together with Sales team to develop and business plan to expand Henkel’s market share in the region; Collaborate with Sales team to develop regional key account strategy in alignment with respective global key account plans and ensure its execution
- Identify key customer stakeholders at plants, R&D, quality, purchasing, logistics, marketing where applicable, management level and develop the relationship
- Develop and maintain influential network at the customer and within Henkel on all key levels & dimensions; Coordinate and steer information & reporting flow amongst local and SBU
- Identify existing/new customer needs with Sales, translate into innovation opportunities to feed the ADP pipeline; Accountable for timely and accurate administrative work (internal/customer platform), tasks supporting account strategy
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Material Engineering or related major
- Minimum of five (5) year working experience directly in/with automotive OEM.
- Proficient in English with Japanese will be considered as a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skill, self-driven and has a positive attitude towards learning and personal development
- Team-worker, fair and open-minded, able to collaborate in cross functional teams
- Open to travel and onsite customer visits aboard and in Chonburi to manage the development of project, technical support, troubleshooting, meeting or presentation
