Business Performance Improvement Analyst
atFWD Life Insurance PCLKey Responsibilities:
âĒProvide sales insights and recommendations in preparing Business Plan to design appropriate key drivers, target, and KPI for all sales channels
âĒDigest Business Plan to a granular level, develop plans and KPIs to materialize strategy in a business and functional level for achieving target
âĒAllocate target for each KPIs, monitor, and develop & run forecasting models to identify gaps or potential threats and alert Management accordingly
âĒEquip with an immersed understanding in partnersâ sales patterns and strategic focus to develop joint plan and avoid the conflict of interest and focus between partners
âĒExplore on both internal and external factors and seek for opportunities area for sales improvement
âĒCollaborate with Business Analysis and Management Report team to identify root cause and provide short-term and long-term strategic solutions to Sales Head and partners
âĒAnalyze data and generate presentation as needed for business decision
âĒContinually update tracking model by aligning with current strategic focus and direction from Management
