Responsibilities
  • Architect and deploy sophisticated AI/ML models that revolutionize marketing campaigns through advanced customer segmentation, behavioral prediction, and engagement optimization
  • Spearhead the development of innovative solutions leveraging machine learning, NLP, and computer vision for diverse marketing applications
  • Design and implement AI-powered technologies that enhance campaign performance, enable real-time personalization, and automate customer journeys
  • Collaborate closely with related parties to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Partner with data engineers to build scalable AI solutions adaptable across different industries and business needs
  • Conduct advanced analytics to uncover actionable insights and predictive patterns that drive campaign performance with Data & Solution team
  • Lead innovation initiatives by staying at the forefront of AI advancements and identifying new opportunities for advanced business solutions

Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, AI, or related field
  • Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying recommendation systems and segmentation models
  • Strong foundation in customer analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices
  • Familiar with CDP and DMP platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in fast-paced environments
  • Growth mindset with exceptional collaborative and adaptive capabilities
  • Background in creative technology and interactive AI applications
  • Strong foundation in experimentation and A/B testing frameworks
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Natural collaborator with innovative mindset and continuous learning orientation
  • Proficient in English both speaking and writing
