System Engineer รับผิดชอบในการออกแบบ ติดตั้ง ส่งมอบ และบำรุงรักษาโครงการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอทีสำหรับลูกค้าของเรา การทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมขาย คุณจะได้ทำงานร่วมกันในการออกแบบ Solutions และให้คำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการทางธุรกิจ
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
Responsibilities
- ออกแบบ ติดตั้ง ส่งมอบ และดูแลโครงการระบบ IT Infrastructure ให้กับลูกค้า
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานขายในการร่วมออกแบบ และให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าสำหรับระบบที่ตอบโจทย์ธุรกิจ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานเทคนิคของลูกค้ารวมถึงทีมงานภายนอกในการติดตั้ง และส่งมอบจนถึงดูแลทั้งในส่วนของผลิตภัณฑ์ และการบริการ โดยมุ่งประเด็นไปที่ระบบที่มีเสถียรภาพ และมีประสิทธิภาพสูง
- ปฏิบัติการที่ไซต์งานของลูกค้าเมื่อมีคำขอเข้ามา
- รับผิดชอบเรื่องการทำรายงาน และเอกสารของระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสารสนเทศ
- พัฒนา และรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับทีมภายใน และภายนอกจนถึงลูกค้าตลอดโครงการ
คุณสมบัติ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ,วิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบ, ติดตั้งและบริหารระบบ IT Infrastructure
- มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ OSI model, TCP/IP model, และ Operating System เช่น UNIX, Linux, Windows Server
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสำหรับ IT Infrastructure, Virtualization และ Containerization เช่น VMware, Virtual Box
- มีทัศนคติความรับผิดชอบสูงที่พร้อมรับงานโครงการสำหรับลูกค้าองค์กร
- มีความสามารถในการติดตั้ง ประสานงาน ให้คำปรึกษา และนำเสนอตลอดช่วงโครงการ
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ Shell Script
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับWindows 10/11
